Hi ,

This document focous on fact sheet creation and customization. Please find below some of the points in the creation of customized fact sheet:

1).  Go to SPRO->CRM->UI Framework->UI Framework Defination->FactSheet

2). Click on Maitain Fact Shet and this will open all the existing fact sheets form the system.

3). Select any standard and click on copy as button ( here I copied BP_ACCOUNT_FS to ZACCOUNT_FS )and provide the name of the customized fact sheet. In the Global data Context ID provide value as CURRENTCUSTOMER .

4). Here in View Assignments we will have all the view from the standard, we can have delete the view if not required.

5). Then go to component BSP_DLC_FS and go to view factsheet, Here you can create your own customization to show different block at web UI screen.

6). To link with ERP transaction and BI report go to SPRO->CRM Middleware and Related Component->Communication Set up->Middleware parameter->Define Middleware Paramer  and define system parameter.

7). After all the setup Provide your fact sheet reference at workcener and logical link in your buisness role.
