Search for ACTIVE accounts and contacts

Usually you are interested in active accounts and contacts.

With CRM 7.0 for EHP3 you can now define in Customizing what active means in your organization. Examples: Not blocked, and contact allowed.

When searching for accounts, only one search criterion “Account Status” needs to be used, and “Contact Status” in the search for contacts.

This means relief for your business users: They don’t need to select several criteria anymore.
