In the account, contact and employee search the user’s choice for “fuzzy” / “regular” search is kept until the user decided for another one.

Results of the fuzzy search are sorted by score (descending); and the score value is made available in the configuration of the search result and can be made visible in the personalization.

Available for CRM 7.0 for EHP1, and higher. Check SAP Note 1784694 for details.

    Hi Jutta,

    this feature sounds really promising.

    Unfortunately when applying this note I got an activation error saying that the method CALL_OUTBOUND_PLUG of Class CL_BP_HEAD__FUZZYBUTTONSW was not defined.

    Obvisouly the note could be build in successfully.

    Did you come across this issue aswell?

    How can this be solved?

      I didn’t come across this issue. Could you create a ticket via OSS so that someone from support can look into this?
