I dont think this blog reduce quality. Many SCN members appreciated my blog and this type of blogs motivates freshers & new comers in SCN. We spend lot of time to write and post blogs. To delete a blog it will take one minutes. Thats n't fair. Some of my earlier blogs are deleted, I have not replied or raised question. When some thinks different if you are not able to appreciate them dont de-motivate them. Thanks for understanding.
