Modern ABAP Development – Come to SAP TechEd a Day Early
“The workshop “Modern ABAP Development” provides insights and hands-on experience for classic ABAP solutions as well as emerging usage types and technologies (Big Data, Collaboration, HTML5 etc.). It will start with a demo of an end-to-end scenario ranging from database access to a rich business logic and a compelling user experience for end users. You will see how to simplify and accelerate the management of decision logic that drives your application processes using SAP NetWeaver Decision Service Management (incl. BRFplus). This approach enables a flexible decoupling of business units and IT.
The second part will demonstrate how to capitalize with ABAP on HANA. Special attention is paid to custom code optimization for SAP HANA (covering SAP Services and Tools). Finally, you will also get helpful hints for enabling collaboration with SAP Jam integration.”
