How to Add logo and contact details on External candidate logon page

This document provides a way to change the logon page for external candidate in E-recruitment to add the Logo and contact details

At first we need to identify the required web-dynpro ABAP application that we need to change, for instance the external candidate logon page the corresponding

web-dynpro application is hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand(It should be in active status).

Then in the next step, we need to upload the required logo in Mime Repository in the Unified rendering folder. for that Goto SE80->SAP->Public->BC->UR

To create a new mime, Right click on UR->Create->Mime object.

Now we have completed the creating Mime object for our logo, the next part is to specify this info on the web-dynpro application.

For that Goto SICF-> Enter hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand and F8. Double click and select Error Pages tab.

Now click on the Configuration button on down below.

A new window will open with logon configuration with the below information.

In the next step, you will be entering the url of the logo and in the contact information.

That's it!! Now go the SICF and do a test to view your new logon page with Logo and contact details..

Use

The dimension of the image should be 325x87 pixels.

Dependencies

Note that the URL specified must also be accessible, in particular, the service must have been activated in transaction SICF so that the image can be reloaded.

If possible, specify a relative URL.

You can store your own images, for instance, in transaction SE80 in the MIME repository. The default images of the system logon can be found on path /sap/public/bc/ur/Login.
