Hide Author and Status of data from Bex analyzer

Dear all,

Some times if user don’t want to see author and status of the data in analyzer then we can hide

that information  in bex analyzer.

Open Bex analyzer and

select author cell and Click on this designer toolbox.

Click on this symbol. you will get below this screen.

Then Go to constant tab and un check Display Author.

again click on designer toolbox now check you can see Author will be hide.

Note : We can do same procedure for Status of date also.

      Yes this setting you can perform in Analyzer and save as a work book then you can make it globally in workbook setting.

      I am not able to save this setting atleast in my system, is there any way to do that?

      But its not one time activity, Whenever you open the same report in analyzer every time BW Consultant or End User require to hide Author name?
