Have you noticed our SAP Support channel that has recently been launched on Youtube? If not, please make sure to check it out at http://www.youtube.com/sapsupport

This official SAP Support channel is dedicated to the latest and greatest innovations around SAP Support services. The available videos will explain how SAP Support can help customers to implement, operate and innovate better, i.e. to help in each phase of the application lifecycle.

Currently there are 24 videos available explaining SAP Support concepts, featuring SAP executives, and of course highlighting some of our great customer success stories. We will constantly upload new videos so please make sure to subscibe to the channel!

      Hi Benjamin,

      This looks like a great start and with plenty of promise.  I look forward to seeing more video updates in the space.  I'd encourage the team to use the channel as a place for some of our top Support experts to do video tutorials, tips and tricks, situations to avoid, etc. 

      Congrats on getting the idea going!
