Synchronize Equipment creation with Asset master Integration Document
Purpose: – Integration from Asset to Equipment master for known to Equipment depreciation Asset cost during Audit in organization and Account dept. also known to Asset master record according Plant section and location wise in organization, cost can easily settlement to Asset.
Application: Whenever Accounts dept. (FI Consultant) will create to Asset with class,
system automatically create Equipment with different fields integration
i.e. Equipment cat., Description, Object type, location etc as per your assignment.
Step1: Link between Equipment category and object type to Asset Class from TC- S_ALR_87099871.
And Accounts dept. will transfer Equipment no to Maintenance dept. and there is both synchronization changes allow to Equipment and Asset master as well as changes will reflect to concern master.
As above mentioned steps coordinate with FI Consultant.
