There is a Debugger build into the Webi Rich Client, which is apparently is a secret since I can't seem to find any information on it from
SAP. I was able to find reference to it in the following forum post.

http://scn.sap.com/blogs/hamueller/2012/08/16/displaying-webi-report-parts-via-opendocument-in-bi-40

To open Debugger:

  1. In Webi Rich Client, open a report
  2. In the bottom left hand corner of the window, you'll see a drop down button with the name of the report you're currently looking at...

If you hold down Left shift and slowely mouse over the button and around it, you should get a popup of the debugger. I say SHOULD because I cannot always get it to appear...

Once in the Debugger, you can see all sorts of interesting and useful information. One thing that you actually need this for is determining
the report Part IDs if you are trying to pull in or manipulate a certain report part.
