Changing the Local from English to French or vice versa is easy if you know the proper steps to take. Webi requires you toperform the following steps in
order for your locale settings to properly save:

1)Deselect the “Permanent Regional Formatting” checkbox in the document’s settings

2)In Application settings, go to “Locale” and Set the Preferred viewing locale to the desired local.

3)Set “When viewing a document” to “Use preferred viewing locale to format data”

4)Save the document and close it

5)Reopen the document and verify the local is properly set.

6)Re-select the Permanent Regional Formatting checkbox

7)Re-select “Use the document locale to format the data”

6)Save the document again.

Following these steps should ensure your locale changes are saved.
