Error Change JVM:ERROR: transport error 202 could not find free port in debug port range

In the change process through SAP JVM JVM Tool Switch appeared the following error message which prevented up to the instance:

transport error 202 could not find free port in debug port range

This error appeared in the log std_server0.out

After an analysis could determine that the error was produced because JAVA instances of my portal had the same default debug port (1024):

to resolve the error and conclude with changing JVM (JVM IBM to SAP JVM) disable debug options. finally change the instance worked and went up smoothly with the new JVM.
