Hello All,

I’d like to share with you some tips and tricks to help you resolve some SP08 post-upgrade issues.

I’ve noticed that after SP08 upgrade the RfC’s Approval Procedure disappeared in SOLMAN 7.1 system:

To fix this I navigated to SPRO > Change Control Management > Standard Configuration > Transaction Types > Approval Setting > Define Approval Setting

Then I selected the ‘missing’ approval procedure there…

… and navigated to ‘Assign Default Approval Procedure’ path

Under ‘Assign Default Approval Procedure’ I maintained a Z* value as a copy of a standard S* value…

… and saved it.

The ‘missing’ approval procedure is back now.
