Some fields can be changed even after the FI posting, How to restrict?

There will be requirement like baseline date should not be modified after the posting, you may required to do the configuration, in below screen shot, you can edit the field of baseline date (T code – FB02)

Actually there are several fields which can be modified after the post of FI document. So, one must analyze and bring control over it according to the standard requirements for a company.

The list displayed are the fields which are used in the FI document, here I am selecting a baseline date for account type K and click on details or double click the line item.

Now uncheck the “Field can be changed” and stipulations for changing section, please refer below screen shot. You can also use stipulations for changing according to the client requirement.

Click on save button and save the changes,

Go to FB02 and check, the field cannot be changed now.
