Need help on creating negotiation mail exchange(like forum) using WEB DYNPRO ABAP

Hi,

We have a object to log claim through WEB Dynpro ABAP.

Now under this claim, we need to add functionality of negotiation between our client to vendor just like forum.

Vendor will send negotiation mail and also client will reply on this mail. Again vendor will negotiate on that mail. That will continue till the negotiation completed.

Can you please give any idea how to reach that negotiation functionality using WEB DYNPRO ABAP?
