Coping files

We sometimes perform a SAP administration just on SAP level without accessing the operation system.

When we need to copy an file we need waiting for the other people perform  this task.

There are two transactions that can be very helpfull in this situations.The transaction CG3Z to upload files

and the transaction CG3Y to download files.These transactions allow allow you to choose  the coping method  ASC or Binary.

Following are some examples used to copy  transport request  files(data and cofiles):

CG3Z(upload):

CG3Y(download):

I hope this will help
