Nick, this looks like a fun but insightful exercise? Will you be sharing results?
Each person gets customized results based on their answers, which they can share with their internal teams. The great aspect of this program is that retailers also get customized recommendations. They can also download relevant content on the website to future enhance their knowledge. Our goal was to provide a utility for retailers to start the process of innovation within their organization. I'm curious to know what kind of response frequency you're getting. Strikes me that some of the questions are sort of "leading" - that is to say by the adjectives you use, you're almost requiring them to rate themselves highly.
While this is interesting, I'd almost rather see you ask 5 scenario questions and then infer their level of innovation depending on their answers. It just seems to me that retailers tend to think concretely. If you ask them if they are "customer-centric" they will invariably reply "Yes, of course." But if you ask them specific questions, you get more to the core of just how customer-centric they are.
