Interview about how to combine agile methodologies and Design Thinking

I had the pleasure to be interviewed by Winfried Kretschmer on changeX about how lean management, agile (software-) methodologies and Design Thinking could be combined to create a more open, agile and innovative organisation.

By the way: within the Design and Co-Innovation Center we work with our customers both on their concrete problems and design challenges but we are also enable them to transform their organisation toward a more innovative and user-centered one.

Here is a nice example how we run  workshops with our customers.
