I have been thinking how to apply SAP Lumira to my working world. The opportunity came knocking this week. Due to some changes my company divided one team into two knowledge groups. Both support teams support the same two products. We evenly divided the number of people assigned to each group. I used SAP Lumira to find out how many calls Group A receives compared to those of Group B. The graph below clearly shows Group A takes more calls than Group B. I might take this graph to my managers to show the need to allocate more people to Group A since they are taking a higher number of calls/cases. Here is SAP Lumira in action…. very nice.
