SAP Sales and Operations Planning – Free Trial now available
We are excited to announce the availability of SAP Sales and Operations Planning as a free trial via the SAP Hana Market Place. This is a 1st in the planning world and is a differentiator in the nearly $1B S&OP/IBP market. This new offering provides a user with an instantaneous 3 day trial of S&OP featuring a wizard-driven self-service UI to help user understand and explore the rich S&OP capabilities.
The S&OP trial includes the following functionality:
- Real-time what-if simulation scalable with SAP
HANA. - Preconfigured Analytics and Dashboards.
- Preconfigured Excel-based planning views.
- A wizard–driven web based self-service UI to guide the user across S&OP use cases.
- A complete S&OP planning model of demand, supply, and financials that business users can adjust over time.
- Out of the box seamless, secure and automated data integration with SAP systems (BPC, APO-DP, APO-SNP, ECC) Only available in 30 day Paid Trial.
We will continue to evolve this offering over the coming weeks to include a 30 day paid trial of S&OP with Hana Cloud integration, which could be used for custom demos and proof of concepts. This is currently undergoing legal review, we will communicate as soon as it is available.
For the trial we are providing support via community discussion forums where the user can post any questions or comments related to their experience.
In addition we have launched a dedicated S&OP You Tube Channel which offers short videos covering the value proposition of

Thanks for giving us the opportunity with 3 day trial & it give us insight about this powerful product.
But we all know how imp is to understand the Data integration with Source system & without which it is difficult to work on proof of concept to convince Customer.
I was stuck on Agent step to understand the Data Integration part..
It will be great if you provide this in trail version also & let us know when you provide the same.
