Important points when system is going for upgrade:

1. Must check the automatic workflow customization (SWU3) have been done properly or not?
2. Run Buffer Synchronization transaction SWU_OBUF
3. Check all the necessary workflows are active or not in tcode SWE2 or SWETYPV.
4. Check the start conditions of the workflows in SWB_COND
5. Compare bindings for each and every step in new system with the old system.
6. If the agents are fetching from RULE -> RESPONSIBILITIES, check the particular agents are in mentioned in responsibilities or not?
