Learn Design Thinking all over the world… THINK1

Hi all,

in my previous “Heads Up…” – post: http://scn.sap.com/community/design-thinking/blog/2013/07/30/heads-up-design-thinking-training-is-comming-arround-the-world I already announced the new SAP course THINK1 as a 2 days Design Thinking Workshop.

Now it is available to all SAP Training centers all over the world.

To check the available training dates follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://training.sap.com
  2. Choose the country you are located in

  3. Type in the course code THINK1

If your local SAP Training organization is not yet offering the course feel free to contact them directly and ask for scheduling them.

Wish you all some good days in the workshop and I’m sure you will love the additional handy A5 booklet which can be used as reference in your daily Design Thinking live 😉

      Hi Dirk,

Just tried this but couldn't find THINK1 for Australia (where I am), USA or Germany... any ideas?

      Thanks,

      Simon

Same here, even tried "Global" (not a country as far as I know, but sounded promising 🙂 ).

I'm especially interested in The Netherlands. I've already contacted them by phone, but they also couldn't find THINK1...

      Cheers, Fred

      Hi all,

I can only speak for Germany... we will switch our German workshops called WDT100 to the global course THINK1 in the next days.

I will ask the responsible person here within SAP to inform the countries again about the new course and ask them to roll out some dates.

      Sorry for the troubles...

      Dirk

      Hi Dirk!

Great news! Hope to see it soon on Brazil!

Meanwhile, do you have suggestions on books that I could read to learn useful concepts of design thinking?

I browsed Amazon and found some from Hasso Plattner. Today I've bought one just released called "Creative Confidence" from the Kelley brothers.

      Thank you!

      Best regards,

Nothing beats learning by doing. One recommendation, if somehow feasable, is to sign up and participate in a Global Design Jam event http://www.globalsustainabilityjam.org/

to get your creative juices flowing, producing new ideas and concepts in a very dynamic, fun and creative setting.

      cheers,
