Today's lesson is another short and sweet one. You use this feature if you choose to have a standard text assigned to every service order. It's pretty simple. You need to create a standard text (Txn: SO10), then you come here to assign it.
Here's where you find it in configuration.
Enter TEXT for the Object, select the text you created in SO10, set the ID and save. That's all there is to it.
