Service Management – Assign Standard Texts for Short Messages to Order Types

Today’s lesson is another short and sweet one.  You use this feature if you choose to have a standard text assigned to every service order.  It’s pretty simple.  You need to create a standard text (Txn: SO10), then you come here to assign it.

Here’s where you find it in configuration.

Enter TEXT for the Object, select the text you created in SO10, set the ID and save.  That’s all there is to it.

      Hello,

where is this "Standard text" going to be shown in the service order?

Is it the short description of the order?

      Thanks,

      E.
