Livecache migration

Hello,

we are planning to bring our SCM system from windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2.

our current version is scm 5.1 and livecahce in 7.7.04.36 . and max db version is 7.7

We found note : 919224 – System requirement Windows X64 MaxDB/liveCache 7.5 to 7.9

we could see, we need to upgrade livecahce to 7.7.04.38 and maxdb to 7.8 in source itself.

and homogenious copy in windows 2008 server.

is there any posiblities without upgrading to above version and do a homogeneous system copy to 2008 R2 server.

You must follow note 919224 and use version 7.7.04.38.
