Table to get the list of workbooks in a specific Role

This blog explains  how to get the list of workbook under the specific role.

We can get the list of workbooks in a role using AGR_HIER table.

1. Goto SE16 Transaction.

2. Provide the table name as “AGR_HIER”.

3. Provide the rolename in “AGR_NAME” feild and “RRMX” in “REPORT” as below and Execute.

Then we will get list of workbook ids which are in SAP_GUID feild under the specified role.
