How to change mass user profile.

Here i will explain about changes in number of users profile by selecting all rather than changing one by one.

steps:

Goto SU10 >click on Authorization data.

Here you will get selection criteria table, enter the profile name(like sap_all) or the profile which you want to change.

Now execute it or press F8, you will get the list of the users of same profile which you have entered.

select all the users by pressing CTRL+A, now select the “Apply” button from above, it will take you to the initial screen of user maintenance.

Here you will see all the users which you have selected.

Now select the change button from above,it will take you to all the tabs (like address, logon data,defaults,parameter etc) click on profile tab,

You will see two radio button just below the tabs (add and remove).

Click on remove enter the profile name which you wanted to remove and save it.

The desired profile will be removed from the selected users.
