The New CMO in the Age of Customer Experience

During a recent SAP Radio show produced by SAP’s Bonnie D. Graham and Malcolm Kimberlin, an expert panel of CMOs shared thoughts and expertise on the ‘new CMO’ in the age of customer experience.

Jonathan Becher, of SAP, Allen Bonde of Digital Clarity Group, and Steve Carlotti of the Cambridge Group also provided the audience much insight into the Future CMO; projecting out to 2018 what the role of the CMO will evolve into.
