Orders Split missing – Solution

Please read the below scenario, this might help you if you come across such situation.

Issue: Order split information from ZXYZ table is missing in BW report

Orders Split information is maintained in ZXYZ table in R/3. Users change the split information and would expect the changes to reflect in BW report in next day data load. But this update is missing at times for random sales orders (no specific sequence of orders observed for this issue)

Whenever this issue has been reported, screenshot of both ZXYZ table and BW report would be provided. So, there are very less chances for users not updating ZXYZ table properly. Also, whenever ticket has been raised with this case, team does check STSPLIT table to know contents are updated before performing the workaround to resolve the issue

•Whenever the percentage of commission is maintained in source system using ZS30 transaction for a sales document those changes are being moved to the staging table. Once the data is saved in Staging table, data will be extracted into BI System for reporting. On performing this step, correct commission percentage that is maintained in the source system will be captured in BW System that helps in distribution of correct Net Value.
