Students and Professors attend the SAP Startup Forum in Pune
The SAP Startup Forum and the SAP University Alliances have moved towards another level of engagement. Today 5 students and 4 professors from Symbiosis Center for Information Technology (SCIT), Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, FLAME (Foundation for Liberal and Management Education) and Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development are attending the SAP Startup Forum in Pune, India. “The SAP Startup Forum is a day of collaboration, learning and networking with thought leaders focused on big data trends and technologies.”
Over 45 startups from in and around Pune attended the event to gain insights into how can they leverage the benefits of SAP HANA and also gives them the chance to discuss their ideas with the SAP Labs experts. Students learnt more about SAP HANA and its implementation in real life scenarios. Promising startups that participated in the event today explored developing solutions on the enterprise application platform SAP HANA. This exciting networking event has been an excellent opportunity for the startups to display, discuss and brainstorm about real world solutions. This is a great opportunity for students to engage with startup professionals and discover how SAP solves real world problems. A primary focus was how big data changes the way that we make decisions.
Students and professors from SAP University Alliances networked with startup company officials and discussed their queries and startup ideas as well. The event continues tomorrow as a Bootcamp during which the participants will gain hands-on experience in using the SAP HANA platform.
