Suppressing Records in BEx Query (QUERY DESIGNER-SUPPRESS ZONE)

• If Query’s all keyfigures are 0 and those records need to shown in query output then we can select Do Not Suppress.

• If all Query keyfigures are 0 and those records need not to show in queries output then we can select Active (All Values = 0).

• If Query keyfigures have magnitude(value) and if the total is 0 (both positive and negative values are same) and if those records need not to show in queries output then we can select Active.
