If you want to create a purchasing document, you may be missing some information at that point in time, or you may be interrupted when creating a document. In this case, you can still put for example, an incomplete purchase order on hold, and finish it at a later point in time before saving.

    Hi Ashok,

Excellent document keeping EHP5 release offerings

    Please check following points

    1) not sure if MEMASSPO, MEMASSSA are part of EHP5 , I feel they are from earlier release

    2) There is a change in ME56 trx regarding addition of a checkbox for outline agreement

    3) changing of transporting and loading grp in shipment tab

if can be added , that will complete this document excluding other integration area like buyer role, enhance material search for IS retail and mdm catlogue connection

Thanks for your suggestions / comments. Several new functionalites have come up after R/3 4.7EE.. I have not mentioned all those here in my first attempt. I will check for missing ones and update it if required in future documents.

From what I understand Ehp7 does not have major additions for MM, one thing added with Ehp4 and 5, is advanced returns functionality for both MM and SD.

Thanks Ashok, I don’t have access to that website. I can’t register because I don’t know what the customer number is for BHPB as I am a mere end user in Supply. Please could you pdf it and attach it here?

Ask your basis team to download it for you.. There is a reason why the notes are restricted to users with access authorization. They must not be copied by someone who has not the copyright

BHP Billiton  a huge company I have no idea who does Basis. Probably someone in Singapore or India. Do you have any contacts there?

How could I know who is in your company in the Basis team? I don’t work for the NSA.

If you are not even a consultant then you may open a ticket at your support desk and ask to get this SAP note downloaded.

You could even try to call a number from the “contact us” page of your company

If your SAP system is well configured, then you can open a ticket by double clicking the SAP label in your SAP Gui or via menu HELP > Create Support message

Okay I asked a SAP God in the company to download it for me. He didn’t have company access but found someone that did.
