Moving a Task :

If we want to move a task to another request. For Example, we want to move the  task XXXX1149 from the request XXXX1148 (Request 1) to the request XXXX1152(Request 2).

Select the task we want to move and goto the menu “Utility” and select “Reassign Task”

Provide the Target Request No. which the selected task will be moved .

The task will be moved to the Target Request.

Note : The original request is not deleted

Merging a Request

If we want to merge the contents of a request into another request, and delete the first request. For example, we want to move all the contents of the request XXXX1152 ( Request 2) into the request XXXX1148 (Request 1), and delete the request XXXX1152 (Request 2).

Select the request that  we want to move and goto the menu “Utility” and select “Merge Requests”

Provide the request no.which the contents of the request will be merged in.

All the contents of the of XXXX1152 request will be moved into the XXXX1148 request and the  XXXX1152 request will be deleted.
