By recommendation of Zimkhita Buwa, I’m posting that message I previously published in the SSM forum.
After some SSM implementations, we have been collecting from our customers some requirements SSM was not able to cover, or some pitfalls in the application. In some cases, customers are not sure of what’s the best way to use SSM in their everyday business environment.
In that article (find the link below) we are sharing some of the requirements SSM was not able to cover and that we managed to solve by implementing reports. We give also some ideas on how to use SSM in your business scenario.
I would like to ask people to share their challenges they have found in their SSM implementations, or ideas on how to enhance the solution.
