Customer workflow Config.

Before configuration and testing of Workflow ,check out the setting need to done for Customer going to link

Set up workflow

1.check Activation type linkage

General Settings->Process Modeling->Workflow->Activate Type Linkage

object type BUS2250 has the following settings:

  • Event: CREATED
  • Receiver Type: (blank)
  • Type linkage active: yes
  • Enable event queue: deactivated

the receiver type function module USMD_WF_RECEIVER_TYPE. Make sure that receiver function module SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF is entered

2.Configure workflow tasks.

General Settings->Process Modeling->Workflow->Configure Workflow Tasks

In application component CA-MDG-AF and CA-MDG-APP-BP  the all TS* should be made as General task

3.Check number of workflow steps:General Settings->Process Modeling->Workflow->Other MDG Workflows->Define Change Request Step Numbers

4.Create Organizational Unit.

5.Assign Processors to Workflow Steps

General Settings->Process Modeling->Workflow->Other MDG Workflows->Assign Processor to Change Request Step Number (Simple Workflow).

We are done with the config. and can go and test the CR process.

Test Process.

1.create A CR by going to MDG Workstation

2.Submit and approve the CR.

3.check the ERP with respective TCODE.
