Seven students and three professors participated in SAP HANA Startup Focus Program on 9th August 2013 when they were privileged to attend SAP Startup Forum in Sydney.  At the event, the professors and students spent the day learning, collaborating and networking with thought leaders focused on big data trends and technologies.

Agenda Highlights:

–         – Introduction to the SAP HANA platform: how companies, including startups, leverage this breakthrough in-memory database for true real-time insight to optimize performance.

–         – Keynote speakers on Big Data.

–         – The SAP Start-up Forum Program: how SAP engages with start-ups interested in developing applications on SAP HANA. For more information on the SAP Start-up Focus Program.

–         – Pitches by Big Data start-ups competing to attract support and investment from SAP and venture capital firms to develop apps using SAP HANA.
