Custom HCM-PA-IT creation

STEP-BY-STEP CREATION OF CUSTOMIZED INFOTYPE FOR SAP HR-PA MODULE:

Step 1:

Go to Transaction PM01

And there provide your 4 digit Custom Infotype Number : i.e. 9333 by Selecting Employee Infotype and PS Structures.

Step 2:

Click on Generate Objects and you will come to below screen. Here create fileds for your Infotype within the structure i.e. PS9333.

Step 3:

Activate the structure without any activation log errors.

Step 4:

Click on Back button and you will find no. of Pupup messages. Click OK for all.

Step 5:

Click on Technical Attributes button on Main screen and check whether your Infotype’s technical attributed maintained properly.

Step 6:

Click on Infotype Characteristic button on main screen. And provide your Infotype Number, Text etc.

Step 7:

Click on Create and provide Characteristics of your Infotype (As per below screen) and Save It & Activate it.

Step 8:

If you have to make any changes in your Infotype Screen then select screen option and provide screen number 2000 and do necessary changes and activate it.

Step 9:

Go to PA30. Provide Emp Number and your Infotype No.

Step 10:

Click on create and Maintain your Infotype data for that employee and Save it.
