Patching a Solution Manager Installation

getting all the needed files is like playing and solving a puzzle.

Kernel, IGS, Java, ABAP-Stack, Java-Stack, Operating System and Database.

Don’t forget the frontend.

When will SAP ever learn to make this easy?

On the other side: this is keeping us busy 🙂

and it keeps our job safe 🙂

      Sometimes the client concept of SAP is crazy.

      Doing the ABAP patching in client 000 along with SPAU is then resulting in conflicts with the central patchnote in the productive client.

      Remember: Do the SPAU also in the productive client (when patching a Solution Manager).
