How to open a workbook when we forgot to transfer the Role form Developement system

Our Fellow BW consultant develop Bex Queries and Workbooks.

The workbooks is a combination of multiple BEx queries kept in a single Excel.

After development we kept it under a Role .So that this workbook will be available for those Role users only.

While transporting the workbook we need to send it along with the Role.

If by any case if we forgot to collect the role  and we transported to further landscape .

We can't find it under our favorite or history in the submitted Role.

But it is available in the next system. But it is successful kept to next Sever.

In this kind of  situation the Tcode : RRMXP will help for us. which have the following sceen and Parameters.

Capture the Workbook ID  which is of length  25- characteristic  Alphanumeric string from development system.

And paste it over here and press 'Enter'.

It will open the workbook and the save it under the required Role.

This will work like a quick fix without re transporting the workbook.
