Every now and then our SAP Contact Center team is asked questions like “How can I install databases from the application server?” or “Can I extend Certificate validity time from one year onwards?”. Although we have extensive documentation there is always space for additional “How to” and “FAQ” kind of information that is not described in the current SAP Contact Center 7.0 documentation.
