1. In the Field Explorer select Parameter Fields
2. Right Click New and then enter the parameter name
Here the Parameter I have entered is Product_id as value Input field and list of Values I have selected is Dynamic
Select the Field as an input field under Value and select the Parameter under Parameters. Click OK.
3. Go to Report in Menu Bar and Select Select Expert and select "is equal to" and the Parameter name which is created in the above step and click OK.
4. Click on Refresh and select Prompt for new Parameter Values and click OK.
This is the input screen which pops up, then select the available field values from the drop down list and click OK, based on this data will be populated in the Crystal Report Preview.
Ex. From the drop down I have selected "PRD1" as the Input, so I see all the details for PRD1 in the report.
