Calibration Grid error “No entry for BAdI field xxx in table T77TMCAESFIELD”

When running the Calibration Grid in a Talent Review Meeting you meet one or more of the following errors:

  • No entry for BAdI field RISK in table T77TMCAESFIELD
  • No entry for BAdI field CHANGE_NEED in table T77TMCAESFIELD
  • No entry for BAdI field IMPACT_LOSS in table T77TMCAESFIELD

Each of these BAdI fields are not defined by default, even if the elements are created in a Risk Assessment template. Once a Risk Assessment has been defined, the VB object ID of each element needs to be assigned to the corresponding parameter in the IMG customizing activity Talent Management and Talent Development > Basic Settings > Adjusting the User Interfaces > Configurations for Data Retrieval > Extend Fields Selection > Adjust Data Retrieval for Appraisals, Evaluations, and Survey. These parameters are:

  • RISK
  • CHANGE_NEED
  • IMPACT_LOSS

Please note that if the Field Name for Impact of Loss is SAP_IMPACT_LOSS then it should be changed to IMPACT_LOSS.

The VB object IDs can be found in the IMG customizing activity Talent Management and Talent Development > Talent Assessment > Transport Process Form Assignments in the Template column for the Process ID column value RISK. For example:

If you choose not to assess these then you will need to remove them from the config for the Talent Profile and Grid.
