Deducting quota on weekends if public holiday .


I have a requirement where there are shift workers as well as regular workers .Both have same ESG and PSG.Both are salaried.The requirement is that whenever there is an absence for Shift worker on public holiday on weekends quota should be deducted but if there is a public holiday on weekday quota should not be deducted if there is an abscence. However for regular workers this condition does not apply. Please help me configure this condition.

      I do have the simillar doubt, how do we set  different work timings for  a set of employees who belongs to  same PSG and ESG as like teh employees who works on the normal shifts.How can we set up this in the system if we have such a requiremen?
