Our account managers give periodic updates to management on the state of their accounts. The history of their meetings, negotiations and potential new business is kept in the various objects in COD. Opportunities, Leads, and Activities have notes that can be kept on the individual items, but there is no good way that I have found to view these in one place. I understand the possibility of tagging to collect different items together, but this displays them as search results. You must then drill down into these items to view your notes or any real detail. What I think would work well is a Blog ability, both public and private. The Feed is good for instant blasts of info, but can not be extracted for use in some other program. COD needs a blog.
