Being “the NEW in SAP” – SAP Student Ambassador
What seemed to transpire as an ordinary day suddenly transfigured into a Fantastic Friday. Thanks to the SAP University Alliances. Right from the outset of starting a dream run with SAP, University Alliances made sure that I always had my spirit of belongingness to the SAP Ecosystem intact with me every single moment. This day was no different either.
The day had a luminescence of its own that it had the unique consortium to unite the ones who teach and the ones who preach – The Faculty Day. Lots of events led to the buildup of Faculty day and made it yet another success. The intriguing things were the Train the Trainer Workshop by Prof.S.V.K.Bharathi, Design Thinking Workshop by Christopher Han & Crispian Tan and of course the Agile Project Management workshop conducted by Ann Rosenberg, the Head of University Alliances. On the day there were sessions delivered by Mr.Anirben Dey(M.D. SAP Labs India), Dr.Jeffrey Word, Mr.Sunder Madakshira and Mr.V.R.Ferose. Ann Rosenberg, the Head of University Alliances showcased what the NEW SAP has planned for the NEW SAP Generation. SAP Bangalore thus witnessed a plethora of the most successful and influential people in the form of workshops and trainings. Yes, teachers became students for a day and relived their amazing student days.
Now let me become self-centered for some time 🙂 Yes, I cannot hide the excitement. The one that made my day amazing was perhaps the fact that from 14/06/2013 I will be a proud SAP Student Ambassador. When I was given the opportunity, there were no second thoughts in my mind – I wanted to start right away. The amazing fact was that I and 3 of my friends (Karthik Nedunchezhian, Manas Choudhary and Richa Rajput) get to work together again as Student Ambassadors of SAP to evangelize SAP products and technologies among the student community. A sense of responsibility as equal as the overwhelming excitement crept over me and I felt amazing. This would not have been possible if it was not for SAP University Alliances who took our dream run to the next level.
What I and my team have in our hands right now is a prestigious and privileged honor which would be the dream of any student who wants to make his/her mark in the pages of history. We have been given the privilege of working with SAP in redefining the way the world runs and to make the world RUN BETTER. Now as a proud SAP Student Ambassador I have new horizons to reach and amazing avenues to explore. As a student I have been amazed by SAP HANA and In-Memory computing. Now i feel enthralling to be a part of SAP who is a pioneer in innovation.
All I can feel is that I am extraordinarily happy in being a part of SAP, growing with SAP and succeeding with SAP. Once again, thanks to everyone from the University Alliances for making our dream run extend beyond boundaries. Three simple words to describe the whole extravaganza – ERUDITE! EXCITING! ENTHRALLING!
