Disable / Remove Functionalities In NWBC Screen

I. SCENARIO

The below UI screen shows the default UI screen functionalities for role SAP_MDGM.

In the current scenario we will hide or remove the below functionality.

“MASS CHANGE” under Process Multiple Materials.

“FILE IMPORT” under services.

Steps :

1. Use Tcode “PFCG”.

2. Select Role “SAP_MDGM” and click on “Change” button.

3. Select the “Menu” Tab.

4.  Select Role menu -->Material Governance --> Change Request-->Process Multiple Material --> Mass Change. Then select the “Other Node Details” button. Then select the checkbox “Invisible”.

5. Select Role menu à Material Governance --> Data Replication -->Services --> File Import. Then select the “Other Node Details” button. Then select the checkbox “Invisible”.

  This can either be done for SAP_MDGM role or can be copied as another role and can be done. Role copy is shown below.
