If the doors of perception were cleansed,

everything would appear to man as it is – infinite

– William Blake

‘Infinite’ might be a bit of a stretch, but nobody in business can deny the utility greater insight into operations. It may be clichéd, but knowledge really is power and the one eyed man really is at an advantage in the kingdom of the blind.

So what do you do if you are not Clark Kent and you weren’t born with x-ray vision?

John Deere knows.

American agricultural machinery company John Deere is one of the best-known brands in the world.  As a long-time user of applications from SAP for core business operations, finance, manufacturing and more, John Deere has steadily increased its SAP software footprint. As the company expanded its SAP landscape, it was imperative that their ability to monitor and control their complex IT infrastructure kept pace with the company’s growth.

With the help of SAP MaxAttention, Deere was able to use SAP Solution Manager to create a central operations control center that provided status and runtime information – enhancing visibility and control.  With SAP Solution Manager, Deere is better able to monitor their IT infrastructure and the firm’s employees are better able to stay current on what their peers are doing with real-time reports.

Oh, and one more thing; SAP Solution Manager isn’t hampered by lead shielding.

“We’ve used various system integrators over the years, but none of them understood what SAP Solution Manager can do….SAP is a true partner in unleashing its power.”

-Fleet Larsen, Manager of SAP Technical Services, Deere & Co.

    Hi Jade,

having been doing Basis since 1998, and freelancing since 2000, during this time I have been privileged to have been engaged at many of the largest SAP Customers and to have observed the great, the good and the could be do betters.

One lesson has been observed over and over during this journey, the SAP Customers who are Max Attention Customers have the greatest success implementing and running SAP.

During this journey, if I had a choice to be at a Max Attention customer or a non-Max Attention customer, I would take the Max Attention customer every time.

Life is also an interesting journey and I am currently transitioning from freelancer to employee, and one of my criteria for finding the right company to join as an employee has been, I will only become an employee of a Max Attention customer.

I can really see the power of what you are saying in this blog and thank Max Attention for the great service(s) they provide, the advantages of being a Max Attention customer are really phenomenal based upon the power of Max Attention. I have witnessed Max Attention people moving mountains for customers.

I’ve talked to non-Max Attention customers about why they’re not Max Attention and one of the common replies is, have you seen the price ? And my answer has consistently been, can you afford not to be Max Attention ? Are the really saving money by not being Max Attention ? That is the question. That is quantifiable.

    All the best,

    Andy.

      Super Like 😎

Being a MaxAttention customer is not only about getting the best in class SAP support but also, the opportunity & privilege, where such a mature solution provider like SAP will help you tap into the areas that were never imagined of before and to get the max ROI and run businesses on the SAP’s bleeding edge, I guess.

      Regards,

      Akshay.
