Exception error during shopping cart creation.

Hello Expert,

Recently we build SRM system[both ABAP & Java systems] using export/import method. [Homogeneous system copy].

SRM ABAP & Java system are running on the same host and Java system is using ABAP UME of SRM ABAP system.

We can logon to both the systems [ABAP GUI & JAVA Portal] but when we try to create new shopping cart or copy existing shopping cart it gives exception error.

Request to know how to get the rid of this exception error which is popping up during shopping cart creation.
