Good day all,

In Charm Request for Change we encountered followin error “No authorization for activating user status APRV“.

And problem was that “Recheck Request for Change” not refreshing this error so RfC was with this error till end of its lifecycle.

Problem solved together with SAP, i want to share solution for this problem if anyone will encounter this

Ok, now here is screenshot of that error:

No authorization for activating user status APRV .jpg

For sure this is some authorization trouble here is descrition:

Authorization solution:

The approval assignment block uses his own Status profile in SAP Standard its IT000003 RFC Approval

Simply add authorization object B_USERSTAT as shown below.

B_USERSTAT.png

Error solution:

Now if you don’t want to give this authorization for User ( just like in my situation ), But you want possability to refresh this Error do the following.

Go to

SPRO – Capabilities – Change Management – Standard Configuration – Change Request Management Framework – Make Settings for Change Transaction Types or

SPRO – Capabilities – Change Management – Standard Configuration – Change Request Management Framework – Consistency Checks – Assign Conditions to Status Values

Choose transaction type used for RfC ( SMCR or ZMCR if copied )

and here you need add exeption for this error:

Usrst: E0001( or any ) Seq:(any 10 f.e.) Condtion Status Transi: 0YES Applivation Area: BS, Msg number: 039 done

After you done this setting simply go to RfC where error are and do Actions-Recheck RfC.

Next time if User without authorization tries to set status values in Approval Assignment block he will see error message but message will disappear when User press Save, Display or Cancel.

I want to say big thanks to Fred Kindler for helping in this point and also big Thanks to René Mitschke.
