After about SAP server # 17, I began to grow tired of having to track the various host names/IP address/which user I was logging in with for various maintenance functions.

I came across a great and FREE solution:  Remote Desktop Connection Manager (download page), not to be confused with the built in tool known as 'Remote Desktops'.

Remote Desktop Connection Manager (Screenshots of both Remote Desktops & Remote Desktop Connection Manager), credit to David Zazzo for the information he provides.

While it does take some work up front to setup all the various servers; however in the long run to get logged in, it is just a simple matter of right clicking on that server and clicking connect.  By default the application will utilize your Windows login and pass it on to the server or you can define a different username/password combination.

I have also found it useful with the start of a Robot deployment for Solution Manager and not having to remember all of the remote systems that are being provided, especially in six months when I forget all about the robot and it starts having issues; this just allows me to have to remember one less thing and just focus on the issue at hand.
