I liked the use of Business Partner ID Mapping, so i will describe how to activate it.
After all packages are installed, you need to activate which function set you want to use. To do this, simply use transaction "SFW5 - Switch Framework Customizing" at SCM(Use with caution!). Tick the box next to function set and use "Activate Changes" button.
If you successfully activated function, you will see "Planned Status" as "Business func. will remain activated".
After activating, you can now customize BP ID Mapping. Go to: SAP SCM - Implementation Guide>>SCM Basis>>Master Data>>Business Partner>>Business Partner ID Mapping>>Define General Settings
- Activate Business Partner ID Mapping: Simply tick this to activate.
- Convert Unique Business Partner Ids: Converts BP Ids even if they are unique in client(optional).
- Seperator for Business Partner IDs: This is field is freely customizable. Use a seperator for IDs.
If you successfuly customized, your partners will be seen like this(only in reports, not in BP):
